TrustAI Prep は、英語試験・資格試験・入学試験に対応する AI 受験対策プラットフォームです。本番さながらの模擬練習と AI 採点に加え、専門家の知見を活かし、受験者一人ひとりの解答内容にもとづく個別フィードバックを提供します。
本サービスは AI による参考用の学習支援であり、公式試験のスコア・合否を示すものではありません。
1取得する情報
- アカウント/アクセス：メールアドレス(アクセスリンク送付・開通・連絡のため)、プラン/権利情報、言語、日時。
- スピーキング評価：録音(ブラウザ内での再生とローカル指標計算のみ)、文字起こしテキスト、評価指標(発話の速さ・間など)、AI フィードバック結果。
- 不正利用防止：IP アドレスのハッシュ値(生の IP は保存しません)、ボット対策、利用状況。
- 決済：日本/海外は Stripe が処理(カード番号等は Stripe が保持し、当社は取得しません)。中国は WeChat/Alipay。
- 特定商取引法に基づく開示請求：ご請求者のお名前、メールアドレス、ご請求の日時。開示メールをお送りする際、同じ内容の控えを当社の記録用アドレスにも自動で送付します(同法第 11 条の開示義務を果たしたことを記録するため)。
- 復習のお知らせ(オンにした場合のみ)：ブラウザがこの端末あてに発行する通知の送り先アドレスと暗号化用の鍵、タイムゾーン、お知らせの時刻、言語、学習中の級、今後 7 日間に復習が必要な単語の数。どの単語か・正解したかは送りません。アカウントやメールアドレスとは結び付けません。
2利用目的
- 本回のスピーキング参考評価・フィードバックの生成。
- アカウント/権利の開通・維持、アクセス/購入リンクの送付。
- 不正利用防止・利用量の管理、障害対応・品質改善(モデルの学習には使用しません)。
- 特定商取引法に基づく事業者情報の開示(開示メールの宛名にお名前を使用し、開示の事実を記録するため)。
- オンにした方への、復習のお知らせ(1日1回まで)の送信。

※ 復習のお知らせは、お使いのブラウザ・端末のメーカー(Apple・Google・Mozilla・Microsoft など)が運営する通知配信サービスを通じて届きます。お知らせの内容は暗号化して送るため、配信サービスは内容を読めません。
4保存と削除
- 録音：保存しません(サーバに残しません)。ブラウザ内の再生に使用し、ページ離脱で解放されます。
- 文字起こし・評価指標・レポート：サーバに保存しません。採点のために一度だけ処理し、結果はブラウザにお返しします。採点結果が残るのはお客様の端末（ブラウザ）だけです。
- アカウント情報(メール/権利)：アカウント・権利の有効期間中は保持し、失効後は保存方針に従い削除または匿名化します。
- ハッシュ化した情報：利用量の管理のため短期間のみ保持します。
- 復習のお知らせの設定：設定からオフにすると直ちに削除します。端末で通知を止めた・アプリを削除した場合は、次の送信時に配信サービスから無効と知らされた時点で削除します。最後にアプリを開いてから 60 日で自動的に削除します。
- 削除・開示のご請求は [email protected] へ。
- 開示請求の記録：開示の記録(ご請求者のお名前・メールアドレス・送信日時)および上記の控え(開示した内容を含む)は、開示義務を果たしたことを証明するために必要な期間保持し、不要になった時点で削除します。
5データ処理の地域
本サービスの処理は、処理を委託する事業者により、お客様の居住国外を含む複数の地域で行われる場合があります。個人データが居住国外で処理されうる(越境移転)点に同意のうえご利用ください。
6安全管理措置
通信の暗号化、音声の非保存、生 IP の非保存(ハッシュ化)、アクセス権の有効期限・失効管理、最小権限でのアクセス、カード情報は Stripe が担い当社は接触しません。
7未成年者の利用
- 未成年者の利用を認めます。登録/利用の前に年齢の申告が必要で、未成年者は親権者の同意のうえご利用ください。
- 未成年者のデータは最小化します(行動プロファイリング・広告配信は行わず、評価生成に必要な情報のみ)。
- 未成年者のデータの削除・開示は、親権者が代理で請求できます。
8非公式・無所属の明示
TrustAI Prep は独立した AI 学習支援サービスであり、試験の提供・実施団体とは、提携・協力・公式な許諾関係を一切持ちません。これには、本サービスが対策の参考として扱う(または今後扱う)試験の団体 —— GCAS、英検®(公益財団法人日本英語検定協会)、IELTS™(British Council / IDP / Cambridge)、TOEIC®(ETS)など —— を含みます。各試験名・略称は各権利者の商標です。

TrustAI Prep is an AI exam-prep platform for English tests, professional certifications, and entrance exams, offering realistic mock exams and AI scoring, plus personalized feedback based on each candidate's specific answers, informed by expert insight.
This service provides AI-based practice feedback and does not represent official exam scores or pass/fail.
1Information we collect
- Account / access: email (to send access links, activate access, and contact you), plan/entitlement information, language, timestamps.
- Speaking assessment: recordings (used only in-browser for playback and local metrics), transcript, scoring metrics (such as pace and pauses), AI feedback.
- Abuse prevention: a hashed value of your IP (the raw IP is never stored), bot protection, usage information.
- Payment: Japan/overseas handled by Stripe (card details are held by Stripe; we never receive them). China via WeChat/Alipay.
- Disclosure requests under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions: the requester's name, email address, and the time of the request. When we send the disclosure email, a copy is automatically sent to our internal record-keeping address (to record that we met the disclosure obligation under Article 11 of that Act).
- Review reminders (only if you turn them on): the notification address your browser issues for this device and its encryption keys, your time zone, the reminder time, language, the grade you are studying, and the number of words due for review over the next 7 days. We do not send which words they are or whether you answered correctly, and we do not link this to your account or email address.
2Purposes
- Generate your speaking reference assessment and feedback.
- Activate/maintain your account and entitlements; send access/purchase links.
- Prevent abuse and manage usage; troubleshoot and improve quality (not used to train models).
- Disclose seller information under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (to address the disclosure email by name and to record that the disclosure was made).
- Send review reminders (at most once a day) to learners who turn them on.

Note: all providers discard audio after processing and do not use it to train models.
Note: review reminders are delivered through the push service run by the maker of your browser or device (such as Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft). Reminders are encrypted, so the push service cannot read their content.
4Retention & deletion
- Recordings: not stored (never on our servers); used only in your browser and released when you leave the page.
- Transcript, metrics, reports: not stored on our servers. They are processed once for scoring and returned to your browser. The result is kept only on your own device.
- Account data (email/entitlement): kept while the account/entitlement is active; deleted or anonymized afterwards per our retention policy.
- Hashed values: kept briefly for usage management only.
- Review reminder settings: deleted immediately when you turn reminders off. If you block notifications or remove the app, we delete them the next time the push service tells us the address is no longer valid. They are deleted automatically 60 days after you last open the app.
- Deletion/access requests: [email protected].
- Disclosure request records: the record of the disclosure (the requester's name, email address and when it was sent) and the copy described above (including what was disclosed) are kept for as long as we need it to show that we met the disclosure obligation, and deleted once it is no longer needed.
5Processing regions
Processing may occur, via our sub-processors, in multiple regions, including outside your country of residence. By using the service you consent to your personal data being processed outside your country of residence (cross-border transfer).
6Security
Encryption in transit, no audio storage, no raw IP storage (hashed), expiring and revocable access, least-privilege access; card data is handled by Stripe and never touched by us.
7Minors
- Minors may use the service. An age declaration is required before registration/use, and minors must use it with a guardian's consent.
- We minimize minors' data (no behavioral profiling, no advertising; only what's needed to generate the assessment).
- A guardian may request deletion/export of a minor's data on their behalf.
8Not official / no affiliation
TrustAI Prep is an independent AI study-support service with no affiliation, partnership, or official endorsement with any exam provider or administering body. This includes the bodies for exams this service references (or may reference in future) for practice — GCAS, Eiken® (Eiken Foundation of Japan), IELTS™ (British Council / IDP / Cambridge), and TOEIC® (ETS). All exam names are trademarks of their respective owners.

4保存与删除
- 录音：不存储(不留在服务器);仅在浏览器内用于回放,离开页面即释放。
- 转写 + 评分指标 + 报告：不在本站服务器保存。仅为评分处理一次,结果返回到您的浏览器。评分结果只保存在您自己的设备上。
- 账号数据(邮箱/权益)：在账号/权益有效期内保留;失效后按保留策略删除或匿名化。
- 哈希化的信息：仅用量管理用途,短期保留。
- 复习提醒的设置：在设置里关闭后立即删除。在系统里关闭通知或删除 App 后，下次发送时推送服务告知地址已失效，我们随即删除。最后一次打开 App 后 60 天自动删除。
- 删除/查询申请：[email protected]。
- 开示请求的记录：开示的记录(请求人的姓名、邮箱地址、发送时间)以及上述副本(含开示的内容)将保留证明我们已履行开示义务所需的期间,不再需要时删除。
5数据处理区域
处理可能由处理服务商在你所在国家或地区以外的多个区域进行。使用即表示同意你的个人数据可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理(跨境传输)。
6安全措施
传输加密、音频不存储、原始 IP 不存(哈希化)、访问凭据可设有效期并可撤销、最小权限访问;卡数据由 Stripe 承担,本站不接触。
7未成年人
- 允许未成年人使用。注册/使用前需年龄声明,未成年人须经监护人(親権者)同意。
- 对未成年人数据最小化(不做行为画像、不投广告,仅收生成评估所必需的数据)。
- 未成年人数据的删除/导出,监护人可代为申请。
